Welcome to Cleveland Comfort!!...I'm glad you stopped by and thank you for considering one of our properties for your stay in Cleveland.  If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before then were excited you're considering a much better alternative.  One thing we promise is you'll never have to wait in line to check in, drive a through a parking garage maze to park, or wait for ever to catch an elevator.

All 6 properties are located in Lakewood, Ohio City or Old Brooklyn and are all in close proximity to downtown. Please read more about the areas and make sure to check out the property page to see the pictures.

If you're not familiar with Lakewood, it's a very safe, vibrant community with a mix of families and young professionals living throughout. It is also known for it's variety of restaurants, bars, eclectic stores, antique shops, century old homes and parks. It is a quick 10 minute drive from downtown Cleveland, all the professional sports areanas and a 20/25 minute drive to the Cleveland Clinic.  If you're looking for that urban feel and want to be close to everything, but not deal with the downtown hassle then Lakewood is the spot!! Check out some of snap shots of lakewood below!

Ohio City

Ohio City is a west side historic distrit that has recently blossemed into a trendy young professional area.  It is full of victorian style homes and the area has a very hip little restaurant/bar district on 25th street. The location is perfect if you want to be within 5 minutes of downtown and all it's attractions - Browns, Cavs and Indians stadiums, Rock n Roll Hof, Science center, Medical Mart and Cleveland Clinic (about 15 min).

Old Brooklyn

Old Brooklyn is one of Cleveland's westside neighborhoods that has a lot of history.  (more details to come)

I was in town for 5 week touring with the musical 'Wicked' and was able to stay at "Trendy Thoreau". Myself, my roommate, and her 80lb dog all stayed together and had more than enough room with each other.

The pictures are a clear description of the home. It is spacious and
Billy was a wonderful contact to have while there. Anything we needed fixed or had questions on, he got back to us right away.

The Lakewood neighborhood is close to everything you need in Cleveland. A very short drive to the downtown theatre district.

I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone touring through Cleveland.

Thanks Billy for the Lakewood accommodations! The house was fully furnished, clean and well taken care of. Our stay was excellent! I recommend anyone coming to the Lakewood, OH area should consider Cleveland Comfort House Hotels. Thanks again!

I was SO lucky to find "Lovely Lark" for my three-day Cleveland stay in 10/13. It is truly a home-away-from home in safe historic "Birdtown" (Lakewood) with convenient free street parking at a very attractive price. Fantastic comfy bed, kitchen fully equipped for cooking, big flat screen TV, excellent wi-fi. Narrow, steep staircase to the 2nd floor entrance was no problem for me, but might be for some. Billy is a helpful host available by phone at any time. I will stay at Lovely Lark the next time I am in Cleveland and have recommended it to Pittsburgh friends who asked me about a nice, affordable place in Cleveland. Make sure to stop at "The Coffee Pot," a very friendly and delicious tiny Lakewood diner just a couple blocks down on Madison.

I stayed for about a week at one of Billy's properties and had a great experience. The place was clean and nicely decorated and I had all the amenities of home for a good price. The location was very convenient with easy access to major highways and downtown. The property owner, Billy, was very accommodating and gave my stay that personal touch that I wouldn't have gotten at a hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in town and would recommend this to anyone considering a short term rental in Cleveland

we had an excellent 2 day stay at this property in July to come out to look for housing for our daughter who is going to college nearby. We wanted to checkout the lakewood area to get a feel for the community, commuting and just to get some vibes. Lakewood is a really nice area with a pretty easy commute into downtown. The property owner was extremely helpful during our stay and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The house was in a great loaction and very quiet during our stay. This is a great jumping off spot for those looking around cleveland. We'll stay here again without hesitation."
